Why is it that most teens prefer Facebook for information than rather read an intelligent article from NPR or CNN for the same information but with a unique perspective?

How long do you see Facebook in the future of the media matrix?
I think that the only reason why people would actually read the stuff on Facebook rather than real media is because everyone is so caught up in it. Everyone has one, and they're on it 24/7. So as soon as something new comes in theres already thousands of hits because of everyone that views it. If I had access to a newspaper I would most probably read the life section. I think only because to know whats going on with the stars.
ReplyDeleteI see facebook being a pretty big thing and like everything will be like on facebook soon schools will prbably be doing things through facebook i mean were a,ready half way there anyway so that what i see.
ReplyDeleteFacebook is beyond huge now. Everybody loves to go to a social media website and be able to know what's going on in then share it with their friends. The views that make it on Facebook a day is atrocious. In my opinion I will stick to Facebook because as years go by there is to be more technology, and newspapers will be long forgotten.
ReplyDeleteFacebook is a huge company now. Destroying moth of the other social networks. Millions of dollors are input to this company. It outputs even more. I hate Facebook personally. have not even thought about getting back on mine. I prefer more real stuff.
